Tips to Improve Brain Memory

There is a survey conducted in Australia on 29 500 respondents who have been selected and included categories of people who have a strong memory. The respondents previously underwent several memory tests such as remembering the events of 1, 5 or 20 years ago. Once analyzed, the conclusion emerged that there are some habits that made by people who have a high memory, as reported from Prevention. This habit you can use to help increase your memory.

1. Frequently eating fish
Fish is a source of protein known to function regenerate dead cells. Brain cells must continue to be regenerated. Some types of fish such as salmon and sardines contain omega 3 is very good for the development of brain cells and the ability to remember someone.

2. Always make a note
The data that goes into our brains without carrying may be attached, and maybe not. However, if the data is recorded, then we can look back when forgotten. Noting also it could increase the brain's ability to memorize up to 20 percent.

3. Always think and analyze
The ability of the brain will continue to increase when the data that goes into it to connect to one another. By continuing to link and analyze such a data will be stored and implanted in the brain stronger.

4. Not drinking alcohol
Alcoholic drinks turned out to damage the nervous system and weaken the ability of the brain.

5. Drinking tea or coffee

6. Often read books

7. Not too long watching television
People strong recall power rarely or usually less than an hour just to spend time watching television, except the spectacle of nature education. They are more often read than watch.
